Have you ever felt lost or pressured when choosing your career path? You are definitely not alone!
As part of the #DreamMatch research phase, our team at Veselības attīstības skola recently hosted Focus Group Interviews with local youth right here in Latvia. 
We sat down with 8 amazing VET learners to talk openly and honestly about their career choices, the challenge of skills mismatch, and what it feels like when you realize you might be studying the “wrong” profession.

Their valuable insights – along with data from our partners in Lithuania, Romania, and Turkey – are the foundation of our project. We are using these real-life experiences to design our upcoming “Career Escape Room” games, which will help future students make more informed choices!
