We are proud to release the third and final short film of the Erasmus+ #DreamMatch series (2025-1-LT01-KA210-VET-000350406)! Making career choices can be overwhelming, especially when navigating the gap between personal interests and actual labor market demands. “Career Crossroads” beautifully illustrates the struggles of vocational education learners as they face the fear of making the wrong choice and learn how to overcome it.
Through engaging storytelling, the film teaches resilience, the importance of adaptability, and how to pivot when your current path doesn’t align with your skills. Thanks to the hard work of our international consortium, this valuable tool is now available with Latvian subtitles for our local community.
Whether you are a student unsure of your next step, or an educator helping youth find their way, this film is for you!
