We are incredibly proud to announce the successful completion of the Erasmus+ project “DreamMatch: Helping VET Learners Find Their True Calling” (2025-1-LT01-KA210-VET-000350406)! Over the past year, it has been an inspiring journey dedicated to combating skills mismatch and transforming how vocational education and training (VET) learners approach their career choices.

Choosing the right career path is one of the most critical decisions a young person can make. Through the DreamMatch project, we sought to replace outdated career guidance methods with innovative, interactive tools. From deep research and needs analysis to the co-creation of the “Career Escape Room” scenarios during our unforgettable transnational mobility in Turkey, and finally to the production of high-quality educational short films — every step was focused on empowering students and educators alike.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to our amazing international partners. This success would not have been possible without your expertise, dedication, and collaborative spirit: Menų ir dizaino mokymo centras (Lithuania) – Thank you for your exceptional leadership and project coordination! Open Mind Better Future SRL (Romania) – Thank you for bringing our visions to life through brilliant visual storytelling and film production! NEXUS Eğitim ve Danışmanlık Merkezi (Turkey) – Thank you for hosting us and guiding the game-based scenario development!

In Latvia, Biedrība “Veselīgas attīstības skola” (VAS) was thrilled to lead the research phases, implement the local Career Escape Room workshops, and adapt the incredible digital materials for our local youth. We are thrilled to see how these tools are already helping students align their unique abilities with labor market demands.

The project may be officially ending, but its impact is just beginning. All DreamMatch materials, including the scenario booklets and subtitled films, remain freely available for educators and learners. Let’s continue to help young people find their true calling!
